Culminating the Holiday Spirit with Honor!

November is no longer just the tis' the season to be jolly from the gobble gobble turkey to the Christmas joy we all know and are fond of. One very important aspect we should all remember is honoring those that teach. Our Public School System, holding the month of November as education month following the awarding of the top teacher of the year. All public school submit their names of respective individuals deserving of such accolade and recognition, hence only one will capture 2011 Teacher of the Year!

The November 2010 Students First issue will deliver the nominees, the excellence in education from the various men and women who serve our children, the State Board of Education, its chairwoman Lucia Blanco-Maratita and the members in their plight to providing the best educational opportunities to our children, the Commissioner of Education (Dr. Rita A. Sablan) and her insights as to where she is steering our educational path.

No doubt this issue is another "must read", as it  commends those who dedicate their time over and over again. Hustle Time... Get Cracking!

Its the month of November, things are looking up, but with expenses at an all time high, we are fortunate to continue making ends meet despite the difficulties. Timing is crucial, our clients must be satisfied, 9 expected projects at hand, while some underway, others have yet to be started.

Its hustle time guys, time to crack the whip! Get motivated, get ready, get set and move in the direction of meeting our obligations!

Students First Newsletter October 2010 Edition

Good reads, this publication highlights principals month! Aside from featuring individual principals in the Public School System, th newsletter also provides insights as to what our education leaders are doing for our children.

In the newsletter, the PSS featured, the historical visit of the U.S. Deputy Assistant Education Secretary, Dr. Carl Harris, Dr. Rita H. Inos' legacy, our proud and dedicated COE Dr. Rita A. Sablan and her movement to steering public education in the Commonwealth, accomplishments in the schools and the people that make this happen. It also featured Washington Delegate Kilili in efforts to placing education as his top priorities and keeping up with educational trends allowing student populous to be engaged and participating in learning.
